To us, service means maintaining a sustainable customer relationship in order to ensure your plant’s smooth operation also after its commissioning. Our specialist can be contacted everywhere by phone or e-mail and will gladly support you in all matters regarding your machines and plants.

Our POLYTECHNIK support centres both in Germany and abroad facilitate a quick and efficient customer service. Thanks to our global service network, we’re able to react quickly to your enquiries or to support you personally on-site.

Many of the plants we supply are already equipped with a modern remote maintenance software, which allows us to access your plants, monitor individual operating states and optimise customer-specific settings from anywhere in the world via PC/modem/mobile phone/laptop/internet, if this is required.
